Concrete Sidewalk Patching
Precision trip hazard removal does concrete sidewalk patching for chips, gouges and holes that are deeper and larger than 1 inch. Holes smaller than this do not have necessary area to strongly hold the patch material under stress and are not recommended to patch.
Holes, chips and gouges in concrete walkways are often caused by cracks parallel to an expansion joint, weathering, seismic activity and surface impacts. Our sidewalk patch process involves clearing out the hole of debris, using a power wire brush to remove weakened adjoining concrete pieces and filling the hole with industrial-grade polymerized concrete patching material. The concrete patch cures within 10-15 minutes and can be walked on normally thereafter. PRECISION can also remove vertical trip hazards or horizontal trip hazards (gaps over 1/2 inch in expansion joints. All our work is done to 100% ADA compliant specifications, qualifying you for up to $20,000 dollars in tax incentives! |
